CANCELLATION & REFUNDS, NAME CHANGES

G-CASA must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

	Cancellations before March. 30, 2009 -> full refund of the registration fee less a handling fee of 50 USD
	Cancellations after March. 30, 2009 -> no refund

G-CASA reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 USD at any name change of the registration.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid in USD by: April, 30, 2009

Check, Money Order, payable to CASA. If you wish to pay by Credit card, please specify it in your email and our staff member will email you a Credit Card form. A processing fee of $5.95 will apply.
